Erin Hazard Piano Studio is an in-home piano studio located at 735 Summit Drive, Smithfield, UT 84335.

The front door is always left unlocked during lessons. Please DO NOT knock or ring the doorbell - come inside, REMOVE YOUR SHOES, and head downstairs. You can wait on the couches until I'm finished with the lesson prior to yours. I will come out to greet you as soon as my previous lesson is finished.

Parents are not required to attend lessons, but are always welcome to attend at any time.

Please ensure your student is dropped off and picked up on time. Lessons run back-to-back every 30 minutes, so promptness is crucial. Dropping your student more than 5 minutes early is not permitted absent prior communication and approval. If your student is late, they'll miss part of their lesson, and late pick-ups disrupt the next scheduled lesson. Even if your student is my first or last lesson of the day, I plan other aspects of my schedule around piano lesson times, so promptness is very appreciated. While I understand occasional emergencies and will try to accommodate, please make every effort to be on time for all drop-offs and pick-ups and to communicate about any needed exceptions in advance.

Tuition is $100/month for 4 weekly 30-minute lessons ($25 per 30-minute lesson). $10/month discount for each additional student from the same home.

45-minute and 60-minute lessons are also available - please ask me if you are interested in longer than 30-minute lessons.

Tuition is due in full the 1st day of each month. A $10 late-fee will be charged if tuition is not paid in full by the 5th of each month. No-shows will be charged the full price of the lesson; refunds for cancellations within 24 hours will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Any cancellations from Erin will be fully refunded.

Venmo (@erinbhazard), Cash App ($ErinBHazard), Apple Pay, Zelle, or check are accepted for payment.

1 free lesson for any student who sends a referral that registers for lessons.

I have a baby with special medical needs and very compromised, fragile lungs. PLEASE help us keep him safe and healthy by washing your hands before coming to lessons, and PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR STUDENT TO THEIR LESSON SICK!!! Reach out if your student is sick in any way or if anyone in your home has been sick and we can reschedule. IF YOUR STUDENT SHOWS UP SICK FOR THEIR LESSON, I WILL IMMEDIATELY CONTACT YOU TO COME AND PICK UP YOUR STUDENT.
